FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Do I have to find my own processing for the ATMtrailer?
A. While you are welcome to find your own processor, ATMtrailer has agreements with processing companies provide the transaction processing on the ATMtrailer. We can complete the paperwork and program the machine prior to shipping. In this situation, the ATMtrailer can be parked, plugged in, loaded with cash and start making money immediately!
Q. How do I make money from the ATM?
A. The ATM mounted in the ATMtrailer allows customers to do withdrawals, balance inquiries and transfers. Each withdrawal transaction is charged a fee. This fee collected is the profit for the owner of the ATMtrailer.
Q. Will I have to promote my ATMtrailer alone?
A. Promoting the ATMtrailer is not hard. Often times contacting an event coordinator and offering to supply the ATMtrailer for an event is all there is to the marketing of the ATMtrailer. However, the nature of our business means that event coordinators nationwide may search the Internet for mobile ATM providers. This search inevitably leads many event coordinators on our website. We do have an online contact form for these coordinators to fill out and we, in turn, refer these leads to ATMtrailer owners in the area.
Q. What training is available?

Q. What is better about the ATMtrailer compared to other trailers I have seen?
A. The ATMtrailer has an innovative, patent pending design. It is ADA compliant, as required by the Americans with Disabilities act as of March 15, 2012. We find that most competitors’ trailers with the ATM mounted in the side cannot be ADA compliant. This is important because fines for non-compliance can be large and some have even been impounded for failure to comply. . We also find that our “no moving parts” design is a fraction of the cost of the trailers with hydraulics. The cost of the ATMtrailer includes the ATM itself, while most others do not.
Q. What is the electric power required for the ATMtrailer?
A. The ATMtrailer is powered by a single 110 cord plugged into the outside of the trailer or by the ATM-SmartPower and ATM-SmartPowerPlus Systems.
Q. Do I have to reprogram the machine each time it is unplugged?
A. Both the ATM and the wireless internet modem will boot up when power is connected to the trailer. If the power to the ATMtrailer is unexpectedly lost for any reason, the ATM and the modem will reboot themselves automatically when the power is restored.
